Many Christians tend to think of their body as a necessary nuisance.

Throughout history, many “Christians” and other “spiritual” groups have even 

“Hated” their bodies even to the point of whipping themselves and crawling up stairs on their knees on broken glass to atone for their sins.

The Scriptures are very clear concerning our bodies.
