BILLY JOE DAUGHERTY (1952-2009) was the founding pastor of Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His ministry continues today through Victory Christian School, Victory Bible Institute, Victory World Missions Training Center, and the International Victory Bible Institutes now established in nearly every nation of the world. Also as an evangelist, he shared the gospel message through international crusades and a global television and radio ministry. He is the author of over 70 books including "This New Life" and "Knocked Down, But Not Out". His wife, Sharon, along with their four children and spouses, are continuing the ministry and outreaches of Victory Christian Center.
